For over twenty five years, Allison has been immersed in marketing and public relations, including as Director of Communications for Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Corporate Director of Public Relations for Canyon Ranch, public relations for Fordham University, and Vice President for the Edward J. Safidie Group.

Her services at Mindful Marketing include one-on-one coaching and consulting, strategic planning, event management, brochure and website writing, promotions, media relations and more. 

Allison is an avid yoga practitioner and a horse enthusiast.
